About Us
North Shore Property Management began operations in 1998, after market research determined that there were no real estate firms in St. Augustine specializing in commercial property management and leasing. James Haase, Owner/Broker of North Shore, uses his 20+ years of commercial property management experience to ensure that all North Shore clients are treated fairly and honestly, with the ultimate goal of meeting and exceeding the client’s financial objectives for their property. Through this dedicated effort to maximizing returns on the client’s investment, North Shore has become a leader in the leasing and management of commercial investment properties in Northeast Florida.

James F. Haase
Owner
James Haase has been in the Commercial Property Management industry for over 40 years. He graduated from the New York Institute of Technology with a Bachelors Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management. Haase’s experience includes: General Manager of Hotel and Resorts in New York City, Dallas, Texas, Orlando, Florida and St. Augustine, Florida. In addition to managing the hotel in Dallas, he provided regional support for joint ventures and franchised Travelodge hotels within Texas and Louisiana, he also was a Regional Manager for 5 hotels within that region.
James was awarded the Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) designation in 1996 by the Educational Institute. Haase was the 1996 President-elect of the Hotel Motel Association of St. Johns County and was on the Board of the St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce in 1996 and 1997. During this same period of time, he was also on the Board of the St. Johns County Tourist Development Council (TDC).

Robert H. Powell
Property Manager / Sales Associate
Robert Powell grew up in a real estate family whose parents were both Brokers and his Dad was an owner of a property management company in Atlanta, Georgia. Robert obtained an early feel for real estate growing up and had a great desire to pursue this business and be the best he can be taking all of people’s best interest to heart.
Robert is a Seasoned Professional with over 34 years of experience in the real estate market and management, winning many top associate awards and building a special rapport with all the people he deals with.
Robert excels in public relations and procedures administration with excellent communication and organizational skills and takes following up with Clients and Tenants very personal and important. Robert is very dedicated to his job and seeing that all parties are treated fairly and honestly with the upmost integrity. Robert is very diligent in handling any issues that may arise and sees the project all the way through from start to finish with constant contact and follow up with all Tenants and Property Owners along the way.
Robert being definitely a people person brings a personalized approach to North Shore Property Management assuring anyone who he is dealing with, will get the best, most personalized service any company has to offer while meeting all expectations of the client that he is dealing with and representing.

Linda Mussallem
Broker Associate
Linda Mussallem has a vast range of experience in the Real Estate field. Linda has held a Broker’s License for over 25 years, and has specialized in Commercial Real Estate and Property Management over the years. Her experience unfolds also into governmental acquisitions of Parks, Mitigation Sites, and the Grant process of the acquirement of land. Her detailed strategy of business practices and procedures makes for a profiting $$ process and winning way in the Real Estate Market.

Felicity Hinkle
Property Manager
Felicity Hinkle is a lifelong resident of St. Johns County and is very familiar with the St. Johns County area. Felicity has witnessed the tremendous growth and business opportunities created in the area.
She has many years’ experience as an administrator, working for a locally owned commercial property maintenance company.
As a property manager at North Shore Property Management, Felicity assists with the back ground tasks and inquires that it takes to keep our tenants happy. Felicity is determined to exceed the tenants expectations and expand her experience in the commercial Real Estate industry to better serve our tenants.
